كشفت الوثائق المسربة من قبل جماعة “قيام تا سرنگونی” (الانتفاضة حتى إسقاط النظام) ، أن مركز الشؤون القانونية الدولية التابع للدائرة القانونية للمؤسسة الرئاسية لنظام الملالي قد حذرت في رسالة إلى المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي في فبراير من العام الماضي من إمكانية رفع قضية إيران إلى مجلس الأمن الدولي.
نشرت مجموعة “قيام تا سرنگونی” (الانتفاضة حتى إسقاط النظام) رسالة مركز الشؤون القانونية الدولية التابع التابع للدائرة القانونية الرئاسية، حذر المركز فيها من إمكانية اقتراح ثلاث قضايا نووية للجمهورية الإسلامية في وقت واحد، والمشاركة في الحرب في أوكرانيا، وقضايا حقوق الإنسان في مجلس الأمن الدولي.
في رسالته إلى علي شمخاني، سكرتير المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي آنذاك، حذر توكل حبيب زاده، رئيس مركز الشؤون القانونية الدولية بالمكتب القانوني الرئاسي في 13 فبراير 2023، من “إمكانية اتخاذ إجراء في إطار الفصل السابع من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة.
في هذه الرسالة، تم ذكر الانتفاضة الثورية للشعب الإيراني، وكذلك التقارير حول الدعم العسكري للجمهورية الإسلامية لروسيا في حرب أوكرانيا.
اقترح المساعد القانوني للمؤسسة الرئاسية حلولًا لمنع طرح قضية إيران في مجلس الأمن الدولي ، والتي تتمثل في إحياء خطة العمل الشاملة المشتركة، و”إزالة الشكوك حول مشاركة إيران في الصراع الروسي ضد أوكرانيا” و “حل حادث الطائرة الأوكرانية على شكل المفاوضات مع الحكومة الأوكرانية “.
في هذه الرسالة تم تقديم اقتراح للتعاون مع “لجنة تقصي الحقائق التابعة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان التابع للأمم المتحدة” فيما يتعلق بقمع المتظاهرين في إيران، وفي الوقت نفسه، أُعلن أن هذا التعاون لن يتم إلا ” في الخارج من أجل توفير المعلومات الصحيحة وإمكانية الرد على الادعاءات المثارة ”
في 29 مايو من هذا العام، أعلنت مجموعة “قیام تا سرنگونی” أنها اخترقت نظام المؤسسة الرئاسية وتمكنت من الوصول إلى معلومات 120 خادمًا.
ولدى هذه المجموعة أيضًا وثائق مهمة، منها وثائق تتعلق بنقل 800 ألف طن من الفوسفات سنويًا من سوريا إلى منظمة الطاقة الذرية، بالإضافة إلى وثائق أخرى حول تدخل النظام في سوريا، بما في ذلك المليارات التي ينفقها نظام الملالي في سوريا لحماية بشار الأسد والقوات الموالية للنظام في سوريا، وكذلك وثائق إجراءات نظام الملالي لقمع انتفاضة الشعب ، وكذلك إجراءات وزارة المخابرات ووزارة الخارجية للنظام من أجل مواجهة مجاهدي خلق على المستويين المحلي والدولي ، بما في ذلك “حملات الشيطنة” ضد مجاهدي خلق.
