ذكرت وسائل الإعلام التركية أمس الثلاثاء 21 كانون الثاني (يناير) أن السلطات التركية اعتقلت، الثلاثاء، أوميت أوزداغ زعيم حزب النصر المناهض للاجئين في تركيا، كجزء من تحقيق بأنه أهان الرئيس رجب طيب أردوغان في خطاب ألقاه قبل يوم واحد.
وقال الحزب إن مكتب المدعي العام في إسطنبول أفرج عن أوزداغ من الاحتجاز بتهمة إهانة الرئيس، لكنه أمر بعد ذلك باعتقاله بتهمة “التحريض على الكراهية والعداء بين الجمهور”. وقال الحزب إن
ممثلي الادعاء قدموا 11 من منشورات السياسي على منصة التواصل الاجتماعي X كدليل ضده. كما حمل مكتب المدعي العام أوزداغ مسؤولية أعمال الشغب المناهضة للاجئين السوريين التي اندلعت في مقاطعة قيصري بوسط تركيا العام الماضي، والتي تعرضت خلالها مئات المنازل والشركات للهجوم.
وذكرت وسائل الإعلام بأن أوزداغ البالغ من العمر 63 عامًا، تم نقله إلى سجن سيليفري على مشارف إسطنبول، وفقًا لحزبه، وأن محمد علي سيهيرلي أوغلو، المتحدث باسم الحزب، سيتولى مؤقتًا قيادة حزب النصر.
