أصدرت وزارة الداخلية بيانًا أكدت فيه متباعتها الفيديو المنتشر على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والذي أُشير إلى أنه صُوّر داخل المشفى الوطني في السويداء في وقت سابق.
وأكدت الوزارة في بيانها أنها تدين وتستنكر هذا الفعل بأشد العبارات، مضيفة أنه سيتم محاسبة الفاعلين وتحويلهم إلى القضاء لينالوا جزاءهم العادل، بغض النظر عن انتماءاتهم، بحسب البيان.
وأضاف البيان أنّه وبتوجيه من وزير الداخلية، تم تكليف اللواء عبد القادر الطحان، المعاون للشؤون الأمنية، بالإشراف المباشر على مجريات التحقيق لضمان الوصول إلى الجناة وتوقيفهم بأسرع وقت ممكن.
الجدير بالذكر أنّ مقطعًا مصورًا التقطته كاميرا مراقبة مثبتة في مستشفى السويداء يظهر إعدام المهندس ،محمد بحصاص، بعد اشتباك بالأيدي بينه وبين أحد عناصر وزارة الدفاع.
وردًا على التساؤلات حول سبب ارتداء المهندس لزي كادر المشفى ، قال نقيب الأطباء في السويداء أنّ بحصاص كان يرتدى زي كادر المستشفى لأنه كان يساعد الكادر في المستشفى.
