ذكرت المواقع الإخبارية الفرنسية اليوم السبت 25 أيار (مايو) أن محكمة الجنايات الفرنسية في باريس قضت بالسجن مدى الحياة على ثلاثة جنرالات للنظام السوري.
وقالت صحيفة France 24 : في نهاية محاكمة غير مسبوقة، حكمت محكمة الجنايات في باريس، أمس الجمعة 24 أيار (مايو)، على ثلاثة مسؤولين سوريين كبار بالسجن المؤبد بتهمة التواطؤ في جرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم حرب. كانت هذه المحاكمة الكبرى الأولى ضد جرائم نظام بشار الأسد خلال الحرب بمثابة رؤية حقيقية لنظام التعذيب السوري.
وأضافت الصحيفة في أول محاكمة كبرى ضد جرائم نظام بشار الأسد خلال الحرب في سوريا ، صدر يوم الجمعة 24 أيار (مايو) حكم بالسجن المؤبد على ثلاثة مسؤولين كبار في النظام السوري. تمت محاكمة الرجل الثاني السابق في بشار الأسد ومسؤولين بارزين آخرين غيابيًّا أمام محكمة الجنايات في باريس بتهمة التواطؤ في جرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم حرب، ولمشاركتهم في الاختفاء القسري ثم مقتل اثنين من الفرنسيين السوريين في دمشق. في سنة 2013.
في هذه المحاكمة الاستثنائية، روى العديد من الناجين من السجون السورية التي تعرضوا فيها للضرب أو التعليق من أذرعهم لساعات أو حتى للصعق بالكهرباء، كيف تعرضوا للتعذيب. وعملت المدعية العامة في مرافعاتها على إثبات أن نظام بشار الأسد كان ينتهج “سياسة دولة قمعية، تنفذها أعلى المستويات” في التسلسل الهرمي، و”تتراجع محليًّا في كل محافظة”، وأن المتهمين هم، مثل بشار الأسد “مهندسي هذا النظام”.
وتغيب عن المحاكمة المتهمون وهم علي مملوك، رئيس مكتب الأمن الوطني، أعلى هيئة استخباراتية في سوريا سابقًا، وجميل حسن مدير المخابرات الجوية السابق، وعبد السلام محمود رئيس جهاز المخابرات السابق. فرع التحقيق في هذه المصالح – تم الحكم عليهم من قبل ثلاثة قضاة محترفين غيابيا، أو “غيابيا”، أي دون حضورهم أو تمثيلهم.
كما أمرت المحكمة بالإبقاء على أوامر الاعتقال الصادرة بحقهم. ووفقًا للفدرالية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، فإن هذه هي محاكمة “أعلى مسؤولي النظام الذين تمت محاكمتهم منذ اندلاع الثورة السورية في آذار (مارس)2011”.
