قالت وكالة الأنباء السورية الرسمية (سانا) أمس السبت 25 كانون الثاني (يناير) التقى قائد الإدارة السورية الجديدة أحمد الشرع مفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لشؤون اللاجئين فيليبو غراندي في العاصمة السورية دمشق.
وأضافت الوكالة إن الاجتماع حضره أيضًا وزير الخارجية السوري أسعد الشيباني، دون إعطاء تفاصيل حول محتوى محادثاتهما.
وفي مقابلة سابقة، توقع الشرع أن يعود معظم المواطنين السوريين في الخارج إلى بلادهم خلال عامين.
ومنذ أن أطاحت الفصائل السورية بنظام بشار الأسد في 8 كانون الأول (ديسمبر) بدأ اللاجئون بالعودة إلى سوريا من الخارج.
