وكما أعلنت المفوضية الأوروبية، فإن العقوبات تستهدف أربعة أفراد ومنظمتين. لم يعد يُسمح للأشخاص المتأثرين بدخول الاتحاد الأوروبي أو التعامل مع المواطنين الأوروبيين. كما سيتم تجميد الحسابات والأصول في الاتحاد الأوروبي.
ووسعت الولايات المتحدة إجراءاتها العقابية ضد المستوطنين. ووفقا لوزارة المالية، فإنهم يستهدفون منظمتين قدمتا الدعم المالي لاثنين من المستوطنين الخاضعين بالفعل للعقوبات. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتم فرض عقوبات على زعيم جماعة يهودية يمينية متطرفة. ويعتبر من المقربين من وزير الأمن الإسرائيلي بن جفير.
