ووفقًا لمصادر ميدانية، تتخذ قوى الأمن الداخلي إجراءات أمنية مشددة لضمان انسيابية الحركة التجارية والحفاظ على الاستقرار في المنطقة، بالتزامن مع خطة حكومية تهدف إلى إعادة الأمان إلى الجنوب السوري
وفي الأول من تشرين الأول الجاري، دخلت إلى السويداء قافلة تجارية كبيرة تضم 110 شاحنات محمّلة بمواد غذائية وصناعية وخضروات، بتوجيه من محافظ السويداء الدكتور مصطفى البكور، في إطار دعم الأسواق المحلية وتأمين احتياجات المواطنين
من جانبه، أكد مدير الأمن الداخلي في السويداء، العميد سليمان عبد الباقي، أن طريق دمشق – السويداء أصبح مؤمّنًا بالكامل، مشيرًا إلى أن الأجهزة الأمنية نشرت نقاطًا على امتداد الطريق لضمان سلامة التنقل وتأمين مرور القوافل التجارية التي تنقل مواد حيوية كالمحروقات والغاز والطحين ومواد البناء دون أي عوائق
ويأتي هذا التحرك ضمن مساعي الدولة لترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة الجنوبية، بعد أشهر من التوترات التي شهدتها محافظة السويداء نتيجة أنشطة مجموعات مسلحة خارجة عن القانون
