أنهت اللجنة المختصة في وزارة الداخلية أعمالها خلال الأيام الماضية، وأقرت تثبيت أكثر من 260 ضابطًا في مواقعهم الوظيفية، بعد استكمال إجراءات العودة إلى الخدمة، تمهيدًا لاستكمال المراحل التالية التي تشمل إعادة توزيع بقية الضباط العائدين ضمن الإدارات التابعة للوزارة
وأكد وزير الداخلية المهندس أنس خطاب أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن رؤية وطنية شاملة تهدف إلى تعزيز الانتماء وترسيخ المصالحة الوطنية، مشيرًا إلى أن الوزارة تفتح أبوابها أمام جميع الضباط المقيمين خارج البلاد للعودة والانخراط مجددًا في مؤسسات الدولة بما يتناسب مع خبراتهم وكفاءاتهم
وأوضح الوزير أن المرحلة المقبلة ستشهد تركيزًا على التدريب وإعادة التأهيل، بما يضمن رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي وتحقيق انضباط مهني قائم على احترام القانون، مؤكدًا أن الوزارة ماضية في تطوير بنية العمل الأمني وفق معايير حديثة ومسؤولة
ويرى مراقبون أن إعادة دمج الضباط المنشقين الذين عادوا إلى البلاد بعد التحرير، إلى جانب الترحيب بالعائدين المحتملين، تمثل خطوة عملية نحو ترميم الثقة الوطنية وإعادة بناء الأجهزة الأمنية على أسس مهنية ووطنية
ويعتبر هؤلاء الضباط، الذين انحازوا في مراحل سابقة إلى إرادة الشعب، رمزًا للموقف الوطني الصادق، إذ ساهموا في تأكيد الطابع الشعبي للثورة، وأثبتوا أن الانتماء للوطن يتجاوز الانقسامات السياسية والميدانية
ويؤكد المراقبون أن هذا القرار يعكس توجهًا جادًا نحو طيّ صفحة الانقسام واحتضان الكفاءات الوطنية التي غابت عن مؤسسات الدولة خلال سنوات الحرب، وهو ما يشكّل مؤشرًا إيجابيًا على وجود إرادة حقيقية لإعادة الثقة بين أبناء الوطن الواحد
كما أن عودة الضباط بخبراتهم الميدانية والإدارية من شأنها رفع كفاءة الأجهزة الأمنية في مرحلة إعادة البناء والتنظيم، وإعطاء دفعة جديدة نحو تحديث المؤسسات الأمنية على أسس مهنية وإنسانية
