كشف قاضي المحكمة الشرعية الثالثة بدمشق خالد جندية عن ازدياد دعاوى تعديل المهور القديمة لتصبح بالليرات الذهبية بسبب انخفاض قيمة الليرة السورية.
نشر موقع أثر برس المقرب من النظام اليوم تصريح خالد جندية الذي أكدّ ارتفاع عدد الدعاوى أمام المحاكم الشرعية بغية تعديل المهور المسجلة قديماً إلى القيمة الذهبية بسبب انخفاض قيمة النقد في حال حصول تضخم.
وأشار جندية إلى أنّ تعديل المهور لا يخالف القاعدة القانونية القائلة “العقد شريعة المتعاقدين” لوجود حق للزوجة بتعديل مهرها القديم غير المقبوض بقانون الأحوال الشخصية ولأنّ عقد الزواج الشرعي ذو طبيعة خاصة لا تقاس على العقود المدنية.
وأضاف القاضي أنّ الزوجة تستحق معجل مهرها بمجرد العقد وتأخير استلامه من الأعراف السائدة في المجتمع وغير مقبول حدوث ضرر للزوجة من عدم الاستلام، ولكن هذا التعديل يجري بالتراضي بين الزوجين.
وشهدت الليرة السورية انتعاشاً لم يثبت إلا لفترة زمنية قصيرة جداً حيث أكدت مصادر اقتصادية من العاصمة دمشق وجود مؤشرات على أن العملة السورية متجهة لتسجيل مفاجآت كبرى خلال الأيام القليلة المقبلة.
وستشهد الأسواق المحلية حالة من التخبط مع وجود تقلبات كبيرة بسعر الصرف مؤخراً، وستكشف عن انهيار قادم بسعر صرف الليرة السورية مقابل الدولار الأمريكي أكبر من قدرة السوريين على التحمل، متوقعة أن يصل سعر صرفها لمستويات قياسية وتاريخية غير مسبوقة على الإطلاق وفق ما قالت taifpost.
