قررت ألمانيا وبلجيكا تسهيل إجراءات منح الفيزا الطويلة أو القصيرة للعلاج لمتضرري الزلزال في سوريا وتركيا بينما تفكر كل من هولندا وفرنسا باتباع خطاهما بعد دراسة الأمر.
أعلنت وزيرة الداخلية الألمانية نانسي فيسر مؤخراً أنه سيتم تسهيل منح التأشيرات لضحايا الزلزال في تركيا وسوريا الذين لديهم عائلة في ألمانيا.
سمحت ألمانيا لمصابي الزلزال ولديهم أقارب في ألمانيا بالحصول على فيزا قصيرة بغية العلاج بعد مراجعة القنصليات الألمانية في تركيا بعد استيفاء الشروط التالية ذكرها:
– جواز سفر ساري المفعول للشخص الذي يرغب في القدوم إلى ألمانيا
– كشف حساب مالي وأسباب تؤكد بأنه سيعود إلى بلده بعد انتهاء الزيارة
وأما بالنسبة للشخص صاحب الدعوة في ألمانيا يجب أن تتوفر فيه الشروط التالية:
– عقد عمل
– دخل لا يقل عن 2300 يورو صافي بعد الضرائب إذا كان عازباً وإذا كان متزوجاً دخل لا يقل عن 3000 يورو .
– مكان سكن للشخص الذي يرغب المقيم في ألمانيا بدعوته
– كشف حساب بنكي ودفع تأمين صحي للشخص القادم من سوريا أو تركيا.
– تذكرة طيران ذهاب وإياب
ويعيش في ألمانيا نحو 2.3 مليون شخص من أصل تركي، يمثلون أكبر جالية تركية في العالم، وفقاً للجالية التركية في ألمانيا.
وتوافد كثير من السوريين إلى ألمانيا عام 2015 عندما فتحت حدودها أمام مئات الآلاف من اللاجئين.
وبحسب الدائرة الألمانية للهجرة واللاجئين، “يقيم حالياً نحو 924 ألف سوري في ألمانيا بعدما كانوا نحو 118 الفا نهاية 2014” وفق ما نقلت القناة الألمانية.
استعدت بلجيكا لاستقبال مشردي ومرضى الزلزال ولديهم أقارب في بلجيكا بعد أن يحصلوا على فيزا علاجية مدتها ٣ أشهر أو فيزا للاقامة الطويلة في بلجيكا مع علائلاتهم (للزوج أو الزوجة و الخطيب أو الخطيبة و للأشخاص المرتبطين بعلاقة)
يمكن الحصول على الفيزا في بلجيكا للأشخاص الساكنين في جنوب شرق تركيا من القنصلية البلجيكية في اسطنبول والتوجه إلى القنصلية البلجيكية في بيروت أو مكتب في بيروت لمن هو في شمال سوريا.
أكدّ وزير الخارجية الهولندي مؤخراً إن مطالبة حزب العمل الهولندي ( بارتيج فان دي أربيد) بتخفيف سياسة التأشيرات لضحايا الزلزال التركي والسوري هو إجراء يمكن لمجلس الوزراء دعمه.
يريد حزب العمال من الحكومة تخفيف قواعد التأشيرات لضحايا الزلزال الأتراك والسوريين للسماح لهم بالسفر مؤقتًا للإقامة مع أفراد عائلاتهم في هولندا.
تفكر هولندا بتسهيل منح الفيزا لأقارب الساكنين في المناطق المنكوبة في شمال سورية، بعد أن تطّلع على التجربة الألمانية والبلجيكية، أي مازال الأمر قيد الدراسة.
أعلنت وزيرو الخارجية في فرنسا إمكانية وضع خطة لتسهيل منح الفيزا غير محددة لمصابي الزلزال بعد التنسيق مع وزارة الداخلية، أي مازال الإعلان قيد الدراسة.
وبناءً على ما سبق حسمت حكومتا ألمانيا و بلجيكا بمنح التسهيلات المتعلقة بالطبابة لمتضرري الزلزال ولديهم أقارب في البلدين و لفترة مُعينة أما هولندا و فرنسا فما زال الأمر قيد الدراسة.
أعلن رئيس إدارة الكوارث والطوارئ التركية “آفاد”، يونس سيزر، ارتفاع عدد وفيات الزلزال جنوبي البلاد إلى 41 ألفًا و20 شخصًا و لفت إلى وقوع 5700 هزة ارتدادية عقب الزلزال المزدوج الذي ضرب ولاية كهرمان مرعش يوم 6 شباط- فبراير الجاري.
